Providing Support and Guidance: Offer support, guidance and counseling to minority students, addressing their concerns and promoting their well-being.

Promoting Diversity and Inclusion: Foster an inclusive environment that respects and values diversity, promoting equal opportunities for minority students.

Addressing Grievances: Address grievances and concerns raised by minority students, ensuring prompt resolution and support.

Organizing Cultural Events: Organize cultural events, festivals and activities that promote diversity, understanding and appreciation of minority cultures.

Facilitating Scholarships and Aid: Facilitate scholarships, financial aid and other support services for minority students, helping them achieve their academic goals.

Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the well-being and progress of minority students, reporting concerns or issues to the authorities for necessary action.

Collaboration with Other Committees: Collaborate with other committees such as the SC/ST Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee and Student Grievance Committee, to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.

Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach and partnerships that benefit minority students and promote social responsibility.

Policy Recommendations: Provide recommendations to the institution on policies and practices that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

Awareness and Sensitization: Organize awareness programs, workshops and seminars to promote understanding, empathy and respect for diversity and minority cultures.
